Delivery
The delivery charge to UK Mainland destination is £5.95 per order, whether you order 1 ExBoot or 10 we will still only charge you this low fixed rate. Please note that: We are currently unable to dispatch the ExBoots outside of the UK. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 5 working days subject to stock availability.
Warranty
Your ExBoot comes complete with 12 months RTB warranty. Should you need to return your ExBoot please email our support team from the contact us page.
Support
ExBoot is covered by free technical support direct from the manufacturer.
However should you have any general questions our internal support can be mailed from the contact us page. We strongly advise that you registered your product at www.exboot.com to be eligable for free support and software updates. It is important that you are using the latest software from the manufacturer to ensure the right level of support service can be provided if required.
Intellectual property
All content which features on the Website including (but not limited to) any text, photographs, images, graphics, illustrations, designs, written and other material including the program and code that operates this Website (together the "content") is protected by copyright, trade mark and/or other proprietary rights owned by or licensed to www.onetouchbackup.co.uk.
Permitted Use
Any downloading, printing or copying from this Website must be in accordance with these terms. Such activity is permitted solely for personal use or for supply to third parties for no commercial gain and for their personal use only (unless stated otherwise). You must acknowledge us and this Website as the source of the material. You confirm that you have no right to use the content in any other manner.
For the avoidance of doubt you are expressly prohibited from selling or trading any information or materials copied from the Website.
Licence
Except as expressly provided, we do not confer any licence under any of onetouchbackup's intellectual property rights.
Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and us for the supply by us of any services/products unless and until we accept your order.
Please note that any goods and services supplied or made available through this Website are subject to our standard terms and conditions of business and any transaction concluded between us will incorporate these terms and conditions.
Prices
The price for our services/products shall be the price levied at our advertised rates from time to time. VAT at the standard rate will be added to the price as applicable.
Payment
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these Conditions. You are deemed to accept the Conditions when you place an order for goods with us. Our contract with you only begins when we confirm acceptance of your offer to purchase goods from us. An order will not take place (and we will not be deemed to have accepted your order) until we have validated and confirmed your payment. Any communication, which you receive from us prior to validation, is not to be deemed as an acceptance of your order. In the event of any pricing error occurring within our website, within a written or verbal quotation, or contained within any fax or e-mail correspondence however received, all incomplete orders shall be deemed void.
We accept all major credit cards, cheques, cash, wire transfer & BACS payments. In addition we accept official purchase orders from Local Authorities, Government, Education, Financial, Healthcare, & other official corporate bodies at our sole discretion. Credit cards, Debit cards, Switch and Solo cards incur no surcharge. Please note Electron and American Express cards are not acceptable.
All cheque, BACS, and wire payments must be cleared before any goods can be dispatched (please allow up-to 7 working days for clearance). Purchase Orders should be faxed on 0161 225 0834 to reserve your goods. However, no goods will be dispatched until we are in receipt of the original order. Our bank details for BACS and Wire payments are available from our sales support team on 0870 154 2354.
Many of the goods we sell are of a technical nature and whilst we endeavour to publish as much information as is practical about the goods, the descriptions of the goods are as set out on the website. All drawings, photographs, descriptive matter, colour, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods. They will not form part of the contract between us.
Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until we have received payment in full (in cash or cleared funds).
Your order for goods is subject to stock availability. If we do not supply goods to you for any reason we will inform you of the situation and will not charge you for those goods, and will refund any money already paid by you for these goods. We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you relating to interest payments, or loss of earnings, or similar gains you would have received on monies paid to us in lieu of any unfulfilled order.
All prices quoted or displayed are in UK pounds sterling and shall be the price, exclusive of VAT & delivery, set out on the website at the time your order is placed. A delivery charge will be made and clearly shown in the orders section of the shopping cart before any online order can be placed, or as displayed on our website ordering, or as quoted by phone. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties. If due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is wrong we have the right to terminate an order provided the goods have not been dispatched. We will try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, but should an error occur we would inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to cancel the order.
Payment for goods must be made in accordance with our purchase procedure as set out on our website. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch. We can accept no responsibility if any details you provide us with that are incorrect or if any order is held up as a result of incorrect or unsubstantiated details.
